Maya Angelou Public Charter School (MAPCS) needed to bridge the gap between institutional messaging and authentic student experiences. The school faced a fragmented brand identity, limited social media structure, and a lack of formal content workflows. Crucially, they were missing a key opportunity to align their communications with DC Career and Technical Education (CTE) goals: empowering students to become the storytellers of their own education.
